Levittown Memorial
From the Southern State Parkway
Take the Southern State Parkway to Wantagh Avenue North (Exit 28N toward Levittown). Proceed north on Wantagh Avenue. Make a left on Old Jerusalem Road (it changes name to North Jerusalem Road). Make a right on Gardiners Avenue. Make a right on Reed Lane and a right on Abbey Lane. Memorial will be on your right.
From Hempstead Turnpike
Take Hempstead Turnpike from the east or west to Gardiners/Jerusalem Avenue. (There is a Friendlys and a Gulf Station on the corner). Proceed south on Gardiners Avenue. Make a left on Reed Lane and a right onto Abbey Lane. Memorial is on your right.
Gardiners is about 1.3 miles east of the Wantagh Parkway on Hempstead Turnpike
