: Although we had assumed that a 9-0 Fall record would result in placement in Division 1 for the spring, it's never over until the official announcement is made.

: In a bit of a surprise, the league did not go along with the club request for placement in Suffolk. Instead, the Lady Hurricanes will compete in a very competitive Nassau Division 1 for the Spring.

: The league did grant the requests of the Massapequa Lil Spirit (Nassau Division 2) and the Massapequa Goal Diggers (Suffolk Division 2) for their spring placement.

Congratulations to the team in making Division 1. You guys did a tremendous job last season and the indoor schedule will only help you do well in the spring. Great job girls. Also, make sure to congratulate the Lil' Spirit and Goal Diggers teams for moving up in divisions as well when you see them. Coach Jeff.
