Good work girls at practice on Monday. The coaches were all very impressed with your work rate and hustle.
Lessons Learned:
1 v. 1: Make the move and then ACCELERATE
Main Theme: Open up to the field. Receive the ball across your body (that is, you play the way you face-- so on left side of field try to make first touch with left foot, on right side of field try to make first touch with right foot).
Great work everybody.
