Hospitality Room- Saturday night 7-11

For Saturday night, I've gotten a party room at the hotel, which should hold 50-60+ people, with tables, chairs, etc etc.

Unfortunately, we don't get the room until 7 PM.

What I thought we would do is bring in food/drink etc.

Let me know what you think. Should it be pizzas, 6 foot heros with salads , etc. or do you prefer a more structured menu?

We could fill a bunch of coolers with soda, ice, maybe a beer or two.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
